THE womb room

episode 18:

Working with triggers as teachers: a peek inside the womb room

When you get "triggered," what do you do?

In our culture, it's common to move into blame, shame, or shutdown.  -- but what might these activating feelings have to teach us, and what does it have to do with our womb sovereignty?

In this episode, I'm sharing a recording from inside The Womb Room, my year-long container for cultivating womb sovereignty and matriarchal healing. I get into:

  • The difference between experiencing victimization, and taking on the identity of victim

  • How we can hold the truth of systems of oppression, while still centering our sovereignty

  • Why the impulse to "hero" others (and ourselves) is actually an issue of supremacy

  • 3 questions to explore when you experience a trigger, and how they might be for us

  • Why the capacity to hold sensation in our nervous system is absolutely central to putting womb sovereignty into practice

This is a big one... deep breaths, be gentle, and offering you big love!
