elevating female body literacy and radical womb sovereignty

womb sovereignty is your birthright

Welcome, Beloved! I'm Qiddist, and I'm the founder of The Womb Room, your go-to spot for the radical womb education that your aunties should have taught you and your doctor left out! I'm a female health educator, clinical herbalist, and autonomous birth keeper with a heart for sovereignty. (I like to call myself a medicine woman for short!) I'm here because I know what it's like to deal with pain, numbness, and disconnection in my own womb, and not know where to turn — and I know it’s possible to develop your trust and understanding of your body, how to care for it, and how to heal in your power.

painful periods, unexplained fertility issues, endless burnout, and a deep disconnection from my body, all I had were some medical bills and a lot of people telling me my issues were "normal." Tired of the gaslighting, I went down a holistic health path, turned inward, and found the wisdom in my own womb -- and discovered the healing that's possible when I honor my cyclical nature, and take radical responsibility for my sovereignty.

Fast forward through years of learning, experience, and trial and error, and now I'm here at The Womb Room, where I support radical babes who are ready to reclaim authority over their health and life by addressing the root cause of their menstrual issues, aligning with their cycles, and developing a sovereign relationship with their womb and life. It is our birthright to know the power of our womb and how to care for it -- are you ready to join me?

Get cozy, listen to the podcast, grab some of our free guides, and when you're ready, I hope to see you in The Womb Room community! I trust in your innate healing wisdom, and I'm cheering you on each step of the way. Here’s a little more about what we mean when we talk about Womb Sovereignty!
